Suddenly, the excitement fades. Anxiety sets in. What if you botch this pick?

First off, eliminate quarterbacks and wide receivers from consideration. Running backs are the kings in Fantasy Land. Top players at those other positions won't go until late in the first round.

Priest Holmes and LaDainian Tomlinson are in a class by themselves. Holmes hoards TDs. Tomlinson gobbles up yards. Holmes suits up for the Chiefs' stacked offense. Tomlinson gets two games against the Chiefs' horrid defense. Holmes briefly contemplated retirement this offseason, but he's still the top fantasy dog. Make him your top pick.
